Getting Started

Log in to your dashboard and click "New Case Study". A step-by-step wizard guides you through the process: enter your project details, describe the challenge and results in your own words, choose a visual layout, upload images or videos, then let our AI generate a polished, professional case study. The whole process takes about 5 minutes, and the result is ready to publish in all 6 languages simultaneously.

Our AI (powered by Claude by Anthropic) reads the raw notes you provide about your project — the challenge you faced, your approach, and the results you achieved — and transforms them into a structured, professional case study with title, executive summary, full body text, and SEO metadata. It never invents data: it only refines and structures exactly what you tell it.

Yes. After the AI generates your case study, you can edit every field using the built-in rich-text editor. Changes apply only to the language you are currently viewing; other language versions remain untouched unless you choose to regenerate them individually.

Every case study is automatically generated and published in 6 languages: English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese. Visitors are served the version that matches their browser language. You can also edit each language version manually.

Yes. During the wizard or from the editing page, you can upload images directly from your computer. You can also embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo by pasting the URL. Images are automatically optimised for fast web delivery.

Plans & Billing

Free: 2 published case studies — no credit card needed. Pro (€9.99/month): up to 10 case studies, full analytics, ability to delete published cases. Business (€19.99/month): up to 30 case studies, Business badge on your profile, and priority placement in search results. Annual billing saves approximately 2 months compared to monthly pricing.

A publication slot is a licence for one live, publicly visible case study. Each active case study occupies one slot. Slots are included in your plan up to the plan limit; beyond that, you can purchase additional slots individually. Each slot is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unpublishing a case study releases its slot for reuse.

Go to Dashboard → Subscription → Manage Subscription. You will be redirected to the secure Paddle customer portal where you can cancel with one click. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it returns to the Free tier. No data is deleted on cancellation.

Your content is never deleted. Case studies that exceed your new plan's limit are simply hidden from public view until you upgrade again. All your data, edits, and statistics are preserved.

The Free plan is free forever and gives you 2 fully functional case studies — including AI generation, 6-language publication, and the contact form — with no credit card required. It is the best way to experience the platform before deciding to upgrade.

Privacy & Security

Yes. All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the European Union. Every connection is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id — a one-way function that even we cannot reverse. We never sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

No. We use only strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF, language preference) and optional analytics cookies (Matomo, self-hosted on our own EU servers) which you can accept or decline via the cookie banner. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking script. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.

Only you can see unpublished case studies. Published content is publicly visible. The platform operator (Vento Digitale / CaseStories) may access account data and content exclusively for technical maintenance, security incident response, or abuse investigation — never for commercial purposes — and only to the extent strictly necessary for the specific activity.

Yes. We are based in Italy and fully comply with EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679). You can exercise your rights — access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction of processing — at any time by contacting us at support@casestories.works. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Account & Support

Yes. Every published case study and your company profile page includes a contact form. Messages are delivered to your Dashboard inbox, and you can configure email forwarding to receive a copy in your own inbox.

Yes. You can use your Google or LinkedIn account for quick, password-free sign-in. We only receive your email address and display name from the provider — no passwords or OAuth tokens are stored on our side.

You can request account deletion from your profile settings page, or by emailing support@casestories.works. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days, as required by GDPR. Published case studies are unpublished immediately upon deletion.
